We envision a global society where public, private and social organizations thrive and the determinants of health are addressed to ensure optimal health outcomes for all. We engage in organizational development and public health consulting work that is innovative, and evidence-based to help our partners achieve their goals.

Our work commitment, inquiry, and interests sit at the intersection of public health and social justice with a particular and intentional focus on increasing the positive health outcomes of racial/ethnic, and gender and sexual minority groups in the United States and internationally. We approach our work utilizing anti-racist, anti-xenophobic, anti-homophobic, and anti-transphobic principles and models.

Our values include customer service, community involvement, innovation, quality, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and integrity.

Testimonials

Straight From the Source

"I met Dr. Wallace at a National AIDS Conference many, many, many, many years ago. We later served as faculty colleagues for a HIV gay male youth retreat in Milwaukee, WI. His insights in different aspects of HIV prevention including reaching special populations has made him one of the most sought out consultants I know. Add in his competence in grant writing and providing technical assistance, I can't recall other talent that shares the same level of passion matched with a variety of skillsets. I look forward to future collaborations with this young man!"
